Social Media Manager

We're looking for Social Media Manager to own CLEAR's social presence end-to-end from shaping platform strategy to creating, executing, and optimizing content, to engaging directly with our community. You'll bring our brand and product story to life across channels in a way that's distinctly CLEAR.

What you'll do:

• Lead social content execution & programming efforts across channels: social post/video editing, packaging & language, posting, reporting
• Develop and execute CLEAR's social strategy, aligned to core brand and product priorities
• Grow CLEAR's social community while infusing offerings into content
• Deploy excellent social platform knowledge to properly prioritize and optimize content across our key channels: content direction, packaging, optimal posting strategy/calendar, reporting, etc.
• Elevate and grow our community across all social channels by engaging with followers across comments, DMs, and real-time moments
• Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life on social

How you'll measure success:

• Social brand growth across followers, impressions, engagement, shares, etc.
• Positive internal and external brand sentiment tied to social efforts through surveys, executive feedback, earned media
• Conversion metrics (when applicable) for initiatives with direct calls to action
• Consistent, high-quality post volume across channels

What you're great at:

• 5+ years of social media experience
• Excellent social platform and content optimization knowledge
• Experience building a social brand for a product or service
• Hands-on content creation, editing, packaging, and programming expertise
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Highly organized, dependable to hit deadlines, and able to maintain our brand voice

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
