Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to take ownership of 1–2 of Crumbl’s social media platforms. This role is responsible for planning and executing engaging, on-brand content that supports overall marketing objectives. Working under the guidance of a senior manager, the Social Media Manager will develop and maintain a content calendar, ideate innovative, on-trend content concepts, and produce high-quality assets including videos, graphics, and written copy. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of turning ideas into compelling posts while ensuring consistency, performance, and growth across assigned channels. Social media is a huge part of Crumbl’s marketing and brand strategy, which makes this a high-impact role in driving brand awareness and affinity.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage 1–2 assigned social media platforms end-to-end

  • Develop and maintain a robust content calendar with daily posts aligned with brand strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership to align content with broader marketing campaigns and goals

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative content concepts tailored to each platform

  • Create original, social-first content, which may include short-form lo-fi videos, lo-fi photos, graphics, and other visual assets, with support from our in-house creative team for higher production deliverables

  • Write engaging captions and post copy that reflect brand voice and tone

  • Schedule and publish daily content across platforms in a timely manner, which will include posting on weekends at least 1x per month

  • Monitor platform and cultural trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity

  • Optimize content based on performance data and platform best practices

  • Coordinate with across teams as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer facing communications

  • Stay up to date on social media tools, trends, and emerging platforms

  • Support testing of new content formats, ideas, and growth strategies

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or creator. Experience in a food or consumer brand is a plus

  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram feed, reels, stories, broadcast channels; TikTok, Facebook)

  • Strong content creation skills, including necessary video editing and graphic design and proficiency using necessary tools to create content (i.e. CapCut, Canva). Portfolio or work samples are a strong plus 

  • Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards)

  • Excellent copywriting skills with a clear understanding of brand voice and tone

  • Experience building and managing content calendars

  • Deep knowledge of current social media trends, formats, and best practices

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, and extreme attention to detail

  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to ideation and problem-solving

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quick changing environment is a must

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
