What You Will Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand guidelines.
Oversee content production and collaborate with design and marketing teams for multi-platform campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and refine social media strategies to improve performance and engagement.
Cultivate online engagement by encouraging participation, driving brand growth, and increasing follower interaction.
Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging opportunities to enhance the company's digital footprint.
Partner with internal teams for integrated marketing initiatives (e.g., email campaigns, landing pages).
Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms.
Identify content gaps and recommend new ideas to meet the needs of our audience and clients.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing social media platforms and content management systems.
Solid understanding of online content strategy with a strong portfolio of published work.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
