Harold's Fish and Chicken- Memphis seeking a digital marketing professionals who build, maintain, and advance a brand’s social media presence. This often includes crafting campaigns around the brand or a specific product or feature launch. Strategies may also include paid advertising, SEO initiatives, social media posts and creative approaches to asset creation and engagement. For these strategies to work, Social Media Managers typically need to have a strong understanding of how social media works and on which brand platforms the brand’s audience can be found. Successful Social Media Managers are usually up to date on social media trends and know how to create and distribute messaging that resonates and converts. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals Analyze current marketing efforts to pinpoint weaknesses and make improvements Collaborate with other marketing experts to develop cross-channel assets Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals Set, monitor and react to information gleaned from key performance indicators (KPIs) Manage social media advertising budgets Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics Qualifications: Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Perks: Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment
