About Ignite Visibility
Ignite Visibility is a premier, award-winning digital marketing agency. While we spend our days driving massive growth and ROI for our clients, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to take the reins of our own brand. This is an in-house role dedicated solely to elevating Ignite Visibility’s organic presence, generating B2B leads, and establishing our agency and executives as ultimate thought leaders in the digital marketing space.
The Role
We are looking for an energetic social media powerhouse who can anchor our core platforms while strategically scaling our brand into new territories. You will own the day-to-day management of our primary channels, handle executive ghostwriting, and collaborate with our internal marketing team. As you settle in, you will also have the exciting opportunity to pioneer our B2B influencer marketing program and build our presence on emerging platforms.
Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Management)
Strategy & Analytics
Track, analyze, and present monthly reports on key social metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and lead conversions) to prove ROI and refine tactics.
Practice social listening by monitoring industry news, competitor movements, and trending topics to insert Ignite into relevant conversations.
Content Creation & Channel Management
Take full ownership of Ignite Visibility’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram profiles.
Build and maintain a robust, engaging, and consistent social media calendar.
Design high-quality visual creatives using Canva, utilize AI tools to scale efficiency, and write compelling, conversion-focused captions.
Upload and optimize YouTube videos, ensuring titles, descriptions, and tags follow best practices for SEO.
Internal Collaboration & Promotion
Partner closely with the internal marketing team to seamlessly promote major initiatives like webinars, blog posts, case studies, and company news.
Actively strategize ways to drive registrations, website traffic, and hype around our internal campaigns.
Executive Branding & Employee Advocacy
Occasionally manage social media posting and engagement on behalf of select Ignite Visibility executives, capturing their unique voices.
Spearhead and manage our employee advocacy program using Rallio, equipping the broader Ignite team to amplify company content.
Community Management & Lead Nurturing
Actively manage our social communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Identify and actively nurture "hot leads" directly through social channels, smoothly transitioning them to our sales team.
Growth & Expansion Initiatives (Long-Term Strategy)
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
Build our B2B influencer marketing strategy from scratch.
Identify, vet, and conduct outreach to relevant industry creators, marketing thought leaders, and niche influencers.
Negotiate partnerships, manage influencer budgets, and track the ROI of collaborative campaigns.
Platform Expansion
Build our organic social strategy from the ground up on Reddit, Pinterest, and TikTok, adapting our B2B content to fit the unique culture of each platform.
Act as on-camera talent, filming short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to humanize the brand.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B, agency, or tech environment.
Portfolio Required: Must submit a portfolio or links to past work demonstrating successful social media campaigns, content creation (images and video if any), and community growth.
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Influencer Savvy: Experience (or a strong foundational understanding) of identifying and collaborating with creators or B2B thought leaders.
On-Camera Comfort: You aren't afraid to be the face of the brand for short-form video content. (No editing required)
Design & Copywriting: Strong proficiency in Canva and AI writing tools. Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Tools & Analytics: Experience using social media scheduling/analytics software, familiarity with employee advocacy platforms (Rallio is a huge plus!), and a solid understanding of how to interpret social data.
