Kaseya is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with at least five years of B2B social media experience to add to its global marketing communications team. This role is ideal for an experienced social media leader with deep B2B experience who can balance strategy, execution, and mentorship while helping to elevate brand reputation across Kaseya and its portfolio of brands.

A successful social media manager at Kaseya will be able to collaborate, coordinate, and drive online engagement strategies that build the positive reputation of the Kaseya family of brands globally as well as work on corporate communications initiatives to drive customer awareness and positive sentiment about Kaseya’s vision, strategy, competitive differentiation and market momentum.

The position requires an understanding of social media best practices, and a desire to research and explore new strategies. As a key member of the global marketing communications team, the social media manager will be responsible for collaborating and executing on social media marketing strategies, video and image creation to support specific initiatives, reporting on metrics, and monitoring and managing brand reputation in social communities.

The ideal candidate will be both a thinker and a doer with a positive, can-do attitude who brings fresh ideas and a creative approach to the organization, with B2B global brand management experience. 

Strategy and Leadership

  • Own and evolve the global social media strategy across Kaseya and its family of brands, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand reputation goals
  • Serve as a senior advisor on social media best practices, platform trends, and emerging opportunities
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, setting standards for quality, tone, and performance

Content and Campaign Management

  • Lead the development of content calendars for assigned business lines and major initiatives
  • Oversee copywriting, creative direction, publishing, and optimization of social content across platforms
  • Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across all corporate and brand social channels
  • Partner with internal teams to support product launches, company milestones, executive communications, and major moments

Employee Advocacy and Internal Enablement

  • Manage and evolve the employee advocacy program in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create advocacy content that drives employee engagement and brand amplification

Analytics and Optimization

  • Own weekly and monthly social media reporting, translating performance data into insights and recommendations
  • Continuously optimize content and channel strategy based on performance metrics and audience behavior

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing or related degree.
  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision. 
  • B2B public relations and social media experience related to technology products, IT, software or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and editing short‑form and long‑form video content for social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), including basic motion, captions, and formatting for platform best practices.
  • Experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva software a plus.
