Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic social media roadmap aligned with company objectives, audience growth, and brand positioning
Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars across all social platforms
Create structured posting schedules and workflows to improve consistency, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration
Analyze social media performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Track KPIs including engagement rates, reach, follower growth, conversions, retention, and campaign performance
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership with strategic recommendations based on analytics
Conduct audience analysis, competitor research, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities and improve strategy
Optimize content strategy using data insights, platform analytics, and audience behavior trends
Oversee social media organization systems including campaign tracking, asset management, approval workflows, and scheduling tools
Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends to ensure best practices are implemented
Support reputation management and community engagement strategies through collaboration with customer relations and sales teams
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization within the social media department
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or data analytics
Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, audience insights, and performance tracking
Experience building and managing large-scale content calendars and campaign schedules
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMRush, or similar platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies based on performance
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer service, and leadership teams
Knowledge of social media platform algorithms, audience growth strategies, and engagement optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations clearly and professionally
Familiarity with SEO, paid social campaigns, and digital marketing best practices is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred
