Job Description

Job Type: Part-Time Contract Hours: Approximately 20–40 hours per month

Oxford Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to support the digital marketing efforts of a growing healthcare technology company. This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and managing social media platforms.

Candidates must reside in West Virginia and be available to travel periodically to Morgantown or Charleston, WV, for in-person meetings and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Develop engaging social media copy, graphics, short-form videos, and educational content.
Support social media strategy, brand messaging, and audience growth.
Monitor social media activity, respond to engagement, and help build online communities.
Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to content and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools preferred.
Familiarity with social media analytics, scheduling tools, and content planning.
Experience in B2B marketing, healthcare technology, or SaaS is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
Must be a West Virginia resident with flexibility to travel periodically to Morgantown or Charleston.
