Position Summary
The Social Media Representative & Service Porter/Driver is responsible for promoting the dealership through social media while supporting daily service department operations. This role combines digital marketing, customer engagement, and vehicle transportation to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content on the dealership's social media platforms.
- Photograph and video inventory, dealership events, and customer vehicle deliveries.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with planning and executing social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor online reviews and notify management of customer feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Service Porter/Driver Responsibilities
- Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely between locations.
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as scheduled.
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership when needed.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness by washing, vacuuming, and preparing vehicles for delivery.
- Park and organize inventory and customer vehicles on dealership property.
- Assist technicians and service advisors with moving vehicles through the service process.
- Perform basic inspections of vehicles before and after transport.
- Keep the service drive and parking areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions (preferred).
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; bilingual skills are a plus.
- We do require a background check prior to hiring.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and driving.
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
