Social Media Shop Live Host

Key Responsibilities:

• Host Live Streams: Lead interactive Social Site Live session showcasing our fashioncollections.● Drive Engagement & Sales: Present clothing & accessories while discussing fit, fabric, andstyling tips, and answer viewer questions in real-time from viewers to build rapport andboost conversions.● Bring the Energy: Maintain high enthusiasm, charm, and professionalism throughoutextended live broadcasts & social teasers● Collaborate & Strategy: Work closely with our production and marketing team to plan livepromotional hooks, flash sales, and content flow.

Experience and Background Needed:

• Fashion-Obsessed: A strong passion for trends, styling, and talking about apparel naturally.● Camera-Confident Personality: Outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable being live oncamera for multi-hour sessions.● Live Social Media Hosting Experience: Prior experience in live commerce (TikTok Shop,TalkShopLive, Whatnot, Instagram Live, etc.) is strongly preferred.● Quick Problem Solver: Ability to improvise and quick to pivot while conducting live chatcommentary and keep engagement on the stream moving at a productive pace.
• Schedule Flexibility: Required to support a dynamic, testing-based productioncalendar○ Core Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (with occasional Saturdays).○ Production Windows: Must be available for both day and evening testing blocks:■ Mid-Day Block: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST■ Evening Block: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's in communications, marketing,theater, broadcasting, or a related field preferred

Years of experience● 1–3 years of on-camera, live-streaming, broadcast, or public-facing presentation experience(live commerce, QVC/HSN-style selling, or TikTok/Instagram LIVE strongly preferred)● 1-3 years of hands-on experience in on-camera hosting, content creation, or live sellingconsidered in lieu of a degree● 1-3 years of work experience within live audience engagement● Prior experience in retail, sales, or product demonstration a plus
