Overview

EVEREVE is seeking a Social Media Specialist to engage and grow our community across our social touchpoints. This role is responsible for community management, content scheduling, social listening, and assisting with analytics. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Social Media Content, you'll play a critical role in shaping our daily social presence.

Job Classification: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), In Office M-TH in Edina, MN, Friday WFH (nights and weekends, as needed).

Please note: This is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions quickly, in an on-brand tone.

• Fuel conversations with our community and influencer partners, providing styling advice, product recommendations and links. Surface feedback and identify opportunities to create content inspired by their questions.

• Schedule and publish content on all platforms, ensuring quality control.

• Drive engagement during lives on social and website

• Based on our brand priorities curate on trend Pinterest boards that ensure our assets and writing are SEO-forward to increase brand discovery & education

• Support content creators in writing clear, on-brand copy.

• Social Analytics and Listening

• Assist Senior Manager of Social Media with weekly and monthly reporting. Make recommendations based on the data.

• Proactively identify emerging trends, formats, conversations, and community behaviors, then surface to the team with a recommendation for how to activate.

• Monitor social sentiment about EVEREVE on and off our pages. Collect, analyze and report on community sentiment trends and social listening data.

Requirements

• Previous professional or internship experience in social media for a brand, agency, or creator.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn, especially community features.
• Experience with or interest in fashion and styling.
• Have an understanding of brand voice and social platform-specific best practices.
• Able to work nights and weekends, as needed.
• Highly organized self-starter with the motivation to problem solve and seek out answers

Preferred but not required

• Experience working in social media and/or marketing with fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Dash Social, Meta Business Suite) and basic performance metrics.
• Experience with creative platforms like Canva, Capcut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
