About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist to own and scale our paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with marketing leadership to drive qualified leads, manage ad spend, and continuously optimize performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (build, optimize, and scale)
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, etc.) and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
- Manage budgets across multiple product lines (roofing, siding, windows, etc.)
- Run A/B tests to improve performance across audiences, creatives, and offers
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership
- Identify and fix underperforming campaigns quickly
- Stay up to date on platform changes and bring new ideas to improve results
- Work with internal teams to ensure lead quality and track performance through to sales
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram required)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, tracking)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make improvements
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets ($25K–$100K+)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
- Understanding of what makes effective ad creative
- Strong communication skills and ability to report on performance clearly
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google LSA, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads
