Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage day‑to‑day social media operations across multiple brand channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Oversee daily management of assigned social media channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish organic content aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all content is on‑brand, compliant, and optimized for each platform’s best practices.
Community Engagement
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with social media audiences to foster a positive community experience.
- Respond to comments and messages following established guidelines and escalation protocols.
Content Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams—including communications, marketing, design, and compliance—to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
- Translate key business priorities into engaging social content that supports broader initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Identify insights, trends, and opportunities to enhance content strategy and audience engagement.
- Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
Additional Support
- Provide ad hoc social media support for projects, campaigns, and events as needed.
- Assist with paid social efforts; experience with campaign setup and optimization is preferred.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and analytics tools.
- Experience with paid social campaign management is a plus.
- Exceptional written communication, creative problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
