Job Description
Responsible for planning and managing Savannah Toyotas social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This includes creating and posting engaging photos and videos of our vehicles, promotions, dealership events, and team members; writing clear, customer-focused captions; responding to comments and messages in a timely manner; and tracking performance to see what content drives interest, website traffic, and showroom visits. The role also works closely with the sales and marketing teams to highlight current specials, new arrivals, and community involvement in a way that feels authentic and relevant to our local audience.
Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
oDevelop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
oCreate engaging content (text, image, video) that resonates with our audience and reflects our companys values and mission.
Analytics and Reporting:
oMonitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools to track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics.
oPrepare monthly reports summarizing social media performance, insights, and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
Event Coverage:
oAttend special events and promotions hosted by Savannah Toyota to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media content.
oCreate live updates during events and curate compelling posts to reflect real-time engagement.
Community Engagement:
oEngage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community on our social media platforms.
oCollaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Trend Analysis:
oStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
