This role is responsible for managing social media content execution, campaign performance analysis, community engagement, and social listening initiatives across multiple platforms.This position balances strategic planning with hands-on execution. Approximately 80% of the role is focused on content calendar management, cross-functional collaboration, scheduling, and social media operations, while 20% is dedicated to advanced analytics, reporting, social listening, competitor analysis, and identifying actionable insights.The ideal candidate combines strong content planning and project management skills with advanced social media analytics expertise. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate audience insights and market trends into engaging content, increased brand awareness, and measurable business results.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across all active platforms.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across multiple channels.
- Coordinate closely with creative, content, and video production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned content.
- Ensure all social media content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and audience engagement goals.
- Utilize enterprise-level social media management and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis, social listening, and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and audience insights.
- Analyze engagement, reach, audience behavior, and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Translate data and social listening insights into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, ROI, brand awareness, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Foster audience engagement through active community management and online interactions.
- Support community-building initiatives, promotions, contests, giveaways, and strategic outreach campaigns.
- Monitor audience sentiment and respond appropriately to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Generate innovative content ideas and campaign concepts based on industry trends and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to support overall marketing and brand initiatives.
- Contribute strategic recommendations that enhance overall social media performance and brand presence.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on social media management.
- Experience using enterprise-level social media management, listening, and analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
- Experience managing content calendars, social media scheduling, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement metrics, and performance optimization.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and social listening research.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations and creative content opportunities.
- Experience managing promotions, giveaways, contests, and community engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be willing to complete a Culture Index assessment as part of the hiring process.
- Must be able to work onsite in McKinney, TX.
- Experience presenting social media performance metrics and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.
- Experience supporting brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of emerging AI tools and their application within marketing workflows.
