Social Media Strategist

Oxford Solutions is working with an emerging client to hire a Social Media Strategist to support brand growth and engagement across key digital platforms. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a mostly hybrid schedule. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Morgantown, WV and reside in PA, OH, or WV.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Create and publish engaging short-form video content aligned with brand messaging and trends
• Manage content calendars tied to campaigns and product initiatives
• Monitor and engage with audiences across social channels
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Experience with short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand voice
• Familiarity with Meta platforms and analytics tools
• Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities can evolve quickly
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and move projects forward
