DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To lead the development and execution of social media strategies across approximately five brands within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) market
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement through both paid and organic campaignsDevelop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands to achieve marketing objectivesManage paid and organic campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channelsOversee the social media calendar, posting schedule, and coordination of contentCollaborate with internal teams (design, video, photography, copywriting) to produce engaging contentPartner with brand ambassadors and influencers to create authentic, high-performing contentWork closely with the Manager, Digital Strategy & Performance on analytics and reporting to optimize performanceCoordinate with providers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brands ahead of the curveLeverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline content development and workflowsEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS

Basic photography skills with the willingness to create content preferredBasic working knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards for social media content preferred Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferredREQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of social media strategy and management experience PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of experience with streaming ads and emerging social platforms preferredAt least 1 year of social media strategy and management experience within a marketing agency preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredREQUIRED EDUCATION
Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 7 years of the required experienceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
