Title: Social Security SpecialistLocation: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)Duration: 12+ months.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Submit SSI applications
- - Submit CDR applications
- - Submit Recon applications
- - Data entry on social security forms
- - Complete social security accounting reports
- - Scan social security mail
- - Customer service calls to SSA and DDB to relay basic placement

- - Email template SSI referral requests to FCMs, and forward received
- referrals to supervisor
- - Manage SSI referral follow ups, sending emails for unreceived requests
- - Mail school and medical records requests for hearings
- - Manage follow-ups for hearings records requests
- - Submit SSN email requests to SSA
- - Post-refund case research for additional benefit checks received in error
- - Respond in writing to SSA address and check notices
- - Monthly check audits to look for SSA payment coding errors
- - Mail outgoing social security correspondence
- - Social security overpayment notice review for accuracy
