Questions before applying? 785-966-3060 or HR@pbpnation.orgSummary:The Social Services Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Social Services Department. This includes the Child and Family Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Program, Tribal Victim Services, Prevention Services, Child Support Services, and Adult Services. The Administrator is responsible for policy development and revision, meeting with community members and work with community issues relevant to them, grant writing, program development, grant managing/reporting, budget development/reporting/monitoring. Establishes and maintains relationships with outside agencies including Kansas SRS and BIA, etc.Minimum Requirements:Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier. Experience: Four years of social services experience, Four years of supervisory/managerial experience. A record of satisfactory attendance and performance in all prior and current employment.Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, business administration, human services, behavioral health, or a related health services field.What We Offer:Competitive salary
