Social Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Social Service Coordinator who can help support the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. This role is a key part of our care team-helping create a welcoming, person-centered environment, completing psychosocial assessments, coordinating needed services, and supporting residents in reaching their highest level of well-being. The director also guides the day-to-day operations of the social services department and its programs.Qualifications:current social work certification in the state of Wisconsinexcellent communication and listening skillsability to organize and prioritize effectivelybachelor's degree in social work or related health care field is preferred
