Job Description

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is now hiring a Social Services Director/Social Worker! Come join our amazing team! A Bachelors degree is REQUIRED for this position.

Wage: $30+ per hour DOE

What you will do:

The Social Services Director is responsible for providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients.
Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management.
Charts as assigned
Assists with Resident Council
Spearheads all discharge planning for residents
Follows all center's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Social Work REQUIRED
Qualified Social Worker PREFERRED
Ability to speak, understand, write and read in English
Previous experience in a long term care setting PREFERRED
Ability to pass a background screening with no disqualifying events
