Job Summary
This Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) contract position is based in an adult inpatient medical unit and focuses on discharge coordination and planning at a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform adult inpatient medical unit discharge coordination and planning.
- Float between units as required.
Education Requirements
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license required Washington State licensure required (WA LIC LCSW).
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Facility type: Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center.
- Charting system: Epic.
- Scrub color: Any color; Surgical Services/SPT scrubs provided.
- Parking: No fee.
- On-call: Not required.
- Weekends: Not required.
- Block schedules: Not required.
- Expected patient ratio: 20.
- COVID-19 vaccination: Not required.
