Shift / Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00 16:00

Job Summary

This Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) contract position is based in an adult inpatient medical unit and focuses on discharge coordination and planning at a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities

Perform adult inpatient medical unit discharge coordination and planning.
Float between units as required.

Education Requirements

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license required Washington State licensure required (WA LIC LCSW).

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Facility type: Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center.
Charting system: Epic.
Scrub color: Any color; Surgical Services/SPT scrubs provided.
Parking: No fee.
On-call: Not required.
Weekends: Not required.
Block schedules: Not required.
Expected patient ratio: 20.
COVID-19 vaccination: Not required.
