Position: Social Worker for Pre/Post Liver Transplant PatientsSchedule: 5x8 Days Mon-FridayWeekends: No

Case Load varies from 10 new patients a weekverifying caregivers over the phone

*completing psychosocial evaluations for Pre/post liver transplant patients

stationed outpatient, but do provide evaluations for inpatient, depending on dept need
