Job Description

Social Services Practitioner (MSW) (Contract)

Location: Oregon 97216Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week

Schedule

8-hour Day Shift (1st Shift)
Monday – Friday
Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Onsite position

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide clinical psychosocial support to patients and families across all age groups
Assess needs, coordinate resources, and make community referrals
Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and bereavement support
Collaborate with care teams and support clinics remotely as needed

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree: Required
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW): Preferred
Minimum 2 years clinical/social work experience: Required
Hospital/clinical experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Active Social Work license in the state of Oregon: Required (if applicable)
LCSW: Preferred
CSWA: Preferred.
