Job Description
Social Video Producer (AI-Enabled) — Remote | Contract
HeartStamp is an AI-powered greeting card platform launching in 2026. We're anti-Hallmark — edgy, meme-literate, and built for Gen Z and Millennial culture. Think "I can't believe you remembered that" energy, at scale.
What You'll Do:
Produce 10–15 pieces of scroll-stopping short-form content per week — social media videos and paid ads — using AI generation tools and traditional editing. You'll work directly with our creative team and select influencer partners to bring concepts to life fast.
This is an execution role. Concepts and creative direction are provided. We need a maker, not a thinker.
You Must Have:
- Expert-level AI image and video generation skills with a portfolio to prove it
- Strong short-form video editing (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Experience producing paid social / PPC ad creative
- ElevenLabs or equivalent voice synthesis experience
- Ability to turn around revisions in 24–48 hours
- Comfortable with edgy, unconventional content — not corporate, not wholesome
Deal-Breakers:
- Can't sustain 10–15 posts/week
- Slow Delivery
- Takes 20+ attempts to nail a prompt. Facial and scene consistency important. AI overexpression is no good.
- Needs heavy hand-holding
- Slow to adopt new tools
Details:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Fully remote, flexible schedule
- 15-25 hours per week to start
- Weekly check-ins with Creative Lead
- Start: ASAP
