What starts as a student contract position could evolve into a larger content production opportunity.What You'll Be DoingContent Creation

Join Doug on-site at communities, job sites, events, meetings, and other day-to-day activities.
Capture high-quality vertical video for social media platforms.
Shoot candid moments, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes content.

Video Editing

Edit engaging short-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Add captions, hooks, graphics, transitions, and pacing that keep viewers engaged.
Deliver polished videos within agreed-upon timelines.

Creative Collaboration

Help brainstorm content ideas and trending topics.
Suggest hooks, angles, and storytelling ideas.
Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.

Build the Content Library

Organize footage and create a collection of videos and photos that can be used across multiple platforms.

What We're Looking ForWe're less interested in job titles and more interested in talent, creativity, and initiative.You'll be a great fit if you:

Have experience creating or editing short-form video content.
Understand what makes videos perform well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
Are comfortable filming in real-world environments.
Have strong communication skills and aren't afraid to ask questions.
Are reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Can balance the role with your school schedule.

Bonus Points If:

You already create content for your own channel or social accounts.
You have experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
You're interested in business, entrepreneurship, real estate, or storytelling.
You enjoy turning everyday moments into engaging content.
