Join Our Team as a Social Wellness Aide!
The Social Wellness Aide is a fun, engaging, and people-centered role focused on bringing joy, connection, and meaningful experiences to our residents each day. This position is perfect for someone who is energetic, compassionate, and enjoys creating positive moments through conversation, activities, and social interaction.
This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are interested in working in healthcare, gaining hands-on experience, and building a foundation for future career growth. The primary focus is social engagement and quality of life, rather than hands-on clinical care.

Key Responsibilities • Assist with planning and leading daily social and recreational activities • Encourage resident participation and provide friendly one-on-one interaction • Support crafts, games, special events, and community outings • Help create a warm, positive, and engaging environment • Assist in the dining room during mealtimes (feeding assistance once CNA certified) • Document participation and share observations with the care team • Follow all safety and facility policies
Education and Experience • Prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred, but not required • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age • CNA certification required within six (6) months of hire (paid training provided)
