Experience in child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice settings. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to promoting organization’s values and mission. Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and record-keeping. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.Qualifications LMSW or LCSW licensing preferred. Minimum two years of experience as a therapist preferred. Experience with clinical supervision and team management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in child welfare standards and practices. Strong clinical skills with adolescents and families.
