Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you'll play a key role in supporting patients’ mental and emotional well-being as part of an integrated care team. This position involves direct patient care, counseling, and coordination with both internal teams and external resources to provide comprehensive support across a variety of medical and behavioral health needs.
