  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain precise records and statistical data; contribute to grant writing and staff in-service training as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.

  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an LCSW/LICSW.

  • Certifications: Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Core Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interpret complex policies for families.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with students who may exhibit aggressive behaviors.

  • Collaboration: A "team-player" mindset with the ability to navigate complex systems and multi-agency partnerships.
