Job Title: Social Worker7weeks assignment (be sure your candidate is aware and agreeable prior to submitting)

Licensed Social Worker (LCSW only) M-F 8:30a-5p - no weekends or holidays WILL ACCEPT LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES - Local Rate will apply: $## less than posted rate -

weekly orientation; will just need to attend an epic class that will be scheduled. Adults and older/geriatric adults

MA Licensed social work license (LCSW required at time of submission) in state of MA MUST obtain CANS certification prior to start (please be sure candidate is agreeable) No on-call - every other weekend or weekends as required Job Description: Unit: Psych --Adults and older/geriatric adults (NO block scheduling) Charge Capability: Highly Preferred Floating Required: No Scrub Color: Any color Must have acute care experience Must work every other major holiday Flu vaccine required during season One Week of Orientation Unit Specifics: Common patient diagnosis: Specialty Equipment: Patients: Number of Beds in the Unit: Submission Requirements: Up to date resume that includes 2+ year(s) of Social Work experience. Also, must document travel experience. First time travelers will be considered Masters degree in social work (MSW). MA Licensed social work license (LCSW required at submission) in state of MA.
