Social Worker (LMSW) – Intake (Adult Behavioral Health)Location: Southgate, Michigan (Onsite)Work Type: PermanentPositions: 1Hours: 36–40 Hours per WeekThe Social Worker (LMSW) – Intake (Adult Behavioral Health) is responsible for conducting initial patient assessments, coordinating intake processes, and facilitating access to behavioral health services.
