- Client provides mental health services to forensic patients.
- Contract Staff would mainly be working weekdays.
- Assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Experience providing individual therapy and mental health assessments.
- Knowledge of treatment planning, suicide/risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, hospital, or outpatient settings
- Experience managing patient caseloads as a primary therapist
