- Client provides mental health services to forensic patients. Candidate will be required to submit of TB Testing. May have contact with incarcerated individuals.
- Candidate will also be subjected to CNYPC Orientation.
- Contract Staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.
