Full Stack Developer - Mobile & Web Applications

Jacksonville, FL (Onsite/Hybrid)

Overview

RF-SMART is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our agile product team in Jacksonville, FL. You'll work on both mobile and web applications, contributing across our technology stack. This is a great opportunity for a motivated developer to grow their skills, work with modern technologies, and make a real impact on our products.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React Native, React, and C#/.NET
Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and scrum team in an agile environment
Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Learn from the team and contribute your expertise
Explore and experiment with new tools and AI-assisted development approaches

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3-5 years of professional software development experience
React and TypeScript experience
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Git and team-based development workflows
Eagerness to learn and work independently

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

React Native or mobile app development experience
C# and .NET experience
Interest in or experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)

Nice to Haves:

Mobile app deployment experience
Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
Cross-platform development

Technical interview with Hiring Manager
Team interview with Development Team
Cross-functional interview with QA, Product, and Scrum Master
Final conversation with Executive Leadership
