SBM is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer! Whiletheprimaryresponsibilityofthispositionisdevelopment,workingonanagileteamwillrequirethis positiontobewillingtobeinvolvedinallareasofthedevelopmentlifecycle;analyst,designer,developerandtesterasweworktogetherasateamtomoveworktoastatusofdone.Thispositionwillberesponsibleformentoringassociatesoftwareengineersontheteam,helpingthemtodeveloptheirtechnicalskills.ThispositionwillalsocollaboratecloselywiththeSoftwareArchitectinestablishingandenforcingadevelopmentframework andstandards.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other dutiesmaybeassigned.

Workonbothbackendandfrontenddevelopmentprojects
Participate in configuration, build and release management, and testing of software with software engineers.
Participate in the analysis,design, development, test, modification and integration of software systems orsubsystems for designated products and/or customer applications.
Applicationcoding,unittestdevelopment
Experience building enterprise product solutions and delivering those solutions as SaaS offerings.
Experiencebuildingscalable,performant,faulttolerablesolutions.
Strongobjectorienteddevelopmentpractices
Maintenanceofexistingmodulesandapplications.
Conductingdesignandcodereviews.
Providing oversight of other development contributors through code review feedback and constructive criticism.
Staytechnicallycurrentontheproductanditsevolution.
ParticipateinarchitecturaldesignforteamandEngineering.
Provide feedback regarding employee performance on development team to management.
Recommend newprocessesasneeded to improvequality, cost, or on-timedelivery
Attendregulartrainingtoincreasesoftwareknowledgeandtoremainuptodateonnewestdevelopments.
Providedocumentation,knowledgebaseentriesandFAQstoassistincontinuousimprovementofdepartmentresources.

Education and/ or Experience

Bachelor’s degree… etc
Previous experience in working on projects within Agile software development
Experience in full-stack development with an emphasis on Python using Django framework, TypeScript, and React Js
Experience in working with relational databases from schema design into optimized queries, Postgres SQL is preferred
Experience with AWS is a plus.

Compensation: $80,000-115,000Benefits Include: Medical/Dental/Vision and 401k
