Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

SWE-2 Qualifications:

Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from anaccredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs andcontracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.ORBachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college oruniversity, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope,type, and complexityORSeven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, andcomplexity.

Position Required Skills:- Experience using the Linux CLI and Tools- Experience developing scripts using Bash- Recent Python (3.x) software development experience- Experience with Messaging Frameworks including RabbitMQ- Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd- Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes- Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services on Kubernetes- Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI- Experience with distributed logging and monitoring concepts and tools includingElasticStack and Prometheus/Grafana- Experience using Git Source Control System

Position Desired Skills- Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL- Familiar with IaC principles, methodologies, and tools such as Ansible- Experience with Rust programming concepts, or a willingness and aptitude to learn Rust- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
