Job Title: Software Engineer / System Software Programmer - Project LeadLocation: Columbia, SCWork Arrangement: Hybrid (SC Locals Only)Position Type: ContractInterview: MS TeamsDaily Duties / Responsibilities:

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications.
Develop applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
Create and maintain REST APIs and web services.
Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
Participate in requirements gathering and technical design discussions.
Develop database objects including stored procedures, functions, and queries.
Support system integrations with internal and external applications.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Perform code reviews and ensure development standards.
Create technical documentation.
Support production deployments and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

7+ years software development experience.
5+ years C# / ASP.NET / .NET Core experience.
5+ years SQL Server development experience.
Experience developing REST API / Web API services.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks:
- Angular
- React
- TypeScript
Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with Entity Framework.
Experience with enterprise application integration.
Experience troubleshooting production applications.
Experience with SDLC methodologies.
Experience using Azure DevOps / TFS / Git.
Experience creating technical documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Healthcare / Medicaid experience.
Government project experience.
Azure Cloud experience.
CI/CD pipeline experience.
Power Platform exposure.
SSIS / SSRS reporting experience.
Microservices architecture experience.
Security best practices.
