We are looking for a product-minded engineer to join us in revolutionizing the recruiting industry. We’re looking for someone who is excited by this challenge and influence the hundreds of billions spent on staffing and recruiter per year.
You’ll have end-to-end ownership and the chance to work with one of the most valuable data sets in recruiting to solve hiring at scale. Your work will directly affect the lives of millions and help us shape how industries are built across the world.
Some interesting problems you'll get a chance to work on:
Intelligently match millions of candidates and companies with our unique and proprietary data source driven by recruiters
Design monetary and social incentives to define how recruiters should work and help them earn more than ever
Build core tooling to power recruiter workflows and enable accurate candidate matching (AI notetaker, email sequencing, chrome extension, etc.)
Create a new paradigm for how candidates find their dream job via recruiters and lay the foundations to build the next LinkedIn
Hack away at creative ways to acquire marketplace liquidity in new industries like Legal, Finance, and Healthcare
