Software Engineer– Enterprise&PlatformTeam -Hybrid (Boston, MA)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, andmaintainbackend services and APIsusing modern software engineering best practices.

Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teamsto design and implement new platform features.

Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested codewith an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability.

Assistin debugging, diagnosing, and resolving production issueswith guidance from senior team members.

Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement effortsacross the engineering team.

Learn and apply enterprise engineering patterns, cloud‑native design principles, and platform architecture concepts.

Qualifications

1-2 years of professional software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
US Citizenship is REQUIRED.
Ability to commute to the Boston Seaport office 2-3 days a week.

Strong fundamentals inJava programmingandobject‑oriented design principles.

Exposure tocloud platformssuch as AWS or Azure

Familiarity with bothrelational and non-relational databases(e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Solidproblem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with theJava Spring Framework

Experience withMongoDBor other NoSQL database systems.

UnderstandingRESTful API design, ,anddistributed systems concepts.
