You will architect scalable systems that enable agents to reason, act, and automate complex end-to-end business flows. What you will do:
Design and develop robust AI agents capable of executing critical business flows in a verifiable and trustworthy manner as LLMs evolve.
Build and optimize orchestration layers to run thousands of agents simultaneously while ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
Create sophisticated user-facing Command Center features that empower human operators to manage and collaborate seamlessly with AI agents.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack solutions with modern languages and infrastructure.
Demonstrates high agency and a passion for AI products, with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience in complex systems.
Brings a proactive mindset ideally shaped by previous startup experience or a background in building secure, enterprise-grade AI applications.
