What You’ll Do

• Ship features rapidly, from scratch to customer reality.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services that form the core of the Squint application platform.

• Drive business outcomes by translating messy, ambiguous problems into high-impact, high-performance solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of professional experience in a hands-on software engineering role (excluding internships)

• A deep curiosity that fuels how you build products from top to bottom.

• A drive to understand the customer, the data, and the impact of your work deeply.

• Strong expertise in backend development, including designing and implementing RESTful APIs, and working with relational databases.

• Experience or strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) for deploying and monitoring application services; you should be comfortable engaging with infrastructure-level challenges that impact the platform's stability and performance.

• A high degree of ownership, owning your work end-to-end and driving everything from what gets built to how it’s sold.
