JOB TITLE: Software EngineerLOCATION: Huntsville, ALPAY RATE: $65-75/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
In this role, you will support the full software engineering lifecycle in accordance with the program Software Development Plan (SDP), including:
Requirements analysis
Object-oriented analysis and design
Coding and unit testing
Integration
Support for formal testing and delivery
The ideal candidate will have experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and/or Python.
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance (required)
Minimum of 5 years of recent hands-on experience with C, C++, and/or Python
Experience working in multi-disciplined team environments
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university (preferred) with 5 years of professional experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Green Hills or VxWorks
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience writing and designing to software requirements
Experience with software-hardware integration
