This role also includes collaborating with AI‑augmented development tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation. For this role, front‑end engineering experience is preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for application features, systems, and integrations.

  • Document processes, patterns, and reusable approaches to support team knowledge and consistency.

  • Collaborate with AI agents and tools to build, test, and deploy software by providing clear contextual inputs and experimenting with prompt engineering techniques.

  • Contribute to implementing AI‑powered features or pipelines aligned with team goals.

  • Work collaboratively with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teammates in an agile environment focused on continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Foundational skills in analytical thinking, requirements analysis, integration, system troubleshooting, and secure software development.

  • Experience with backend or service‑oriented development using modern languages or frameworks.

  • Familiarity with Java, cloud services (AWS), relational or NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing.

  • Willingness to use AI‑augmented tools for code generation, testing assistance, log analysis, and workflow optimization.

  • Experience building user interfaces using JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks.

  • Bachelor's degree (list any requirements of discipline here) and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.

  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Front‑end engineering experience: modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component‑based frameworks (React preferred), and UI testing tools.

  • Experience with AI‑assisted UI prototyping or accessibility‑focused design tooling.

What We Look For:

  • Collaboration & communication- You work well across teams, share progress clearly, and engage constructively with peers.

  • Continuous learning- You stay curious, explore new technologies and AI tools, and proactively share what you learn.

  • Problem‑solving- You bring strong analytical skills, navigate ambiguity, and reliably identify root causes.

  • Adaptability- You thrive in evolving environments, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback effectively.

  • Ethical & responsible AI awareness- You value trustworthy AI usage and help your team apply AI tools responsibly and transparently.

AI Requirements

  • Collaborate with AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle, providing contextual inputs to improve AI understanding and output quality.

  • Implement and support AI-powered features and pipelines in our products.

  • Contribute to prompt engineering experimentation and share insights on AI tool usage.

  • Define and uphold coding standards, review practices, and ethical guidelines for AI use.

  • Mentor and coach team members on AI-augmented development.
