Job Title: Software Engineer Public CloudLocation: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid/Onsite)Duration: 6+ Months (Likely Extension)Experience Required: 10 12 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, AWS, and Terraform to design and develop scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building microservices, developing RESTful APIs, automating cloud infrastructure, and deploying enterprise applications on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs.
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform.
Integrate applications with AWS services and cloud-native technologies.
Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
Follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

10 12 years of hands-on experience in Java Development.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework, and SQL databases.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
