Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

SIE-2 Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and haveat least six (6) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring,upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneousoperating system environment.ORThe individual shall have five (5) years full-time Computer Science directly related workthat can be substituted for a degree and have six (6) years of demonstrable experiencewith integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supportingCOTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.

Position Required Skills:- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux suite of tools- Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Podman- Demonstrated experience administrating and monitoring Kubernetes clusters

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Kubernetes workloads (ingress,performance, networking, storage, etc.)- Experience with IaC principles, concepts, and methodologies using automation tools includingAnsible- Experience writing, deploying, and maintaining Helm Charts- Experience using system monitoring tools such as Prometheus /Grafana- Experience using Git for source code management, branching strategies, and team collaboration

Position Desired Skills:- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)- Experience working in a DevOps environment that uses Agile principles and methodologies- Experience with or willingness to learn development of Python applications (REST services,microservices, etc.)- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
