Software Solutions Product Manager

Description -

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Software Solutions Product Manager to lead the strategy, definition, delivery, and lifecycle management of software experiences across the Home Print portfolio. This role will own key software and solution initiatives that improve customer onboarding, connectivity, printing experiences, and long-term ecosystem engagement. The successful candidate will partner across engineering, design, marketing, program management, and platform teams to deliver differentiated customer experiences while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software solutions.
  • Identify customer pain points and market opportunities to drive differentiated experiences.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities across the customer journey.
  • Perform market, competitive, and industry analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Translate customer, business, and market insights into prioritized product requirements and roadmap investments.
  • Develop customer personas, use cases, and value propositions that inform solution strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Lead customer discovery, segmentation, and journey mapping to ensure solutions address validated customer needs and deliver measurable business value.
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Drive initiatives related to printer connectivity, software onboarding, and next-generation software capabilities.
  • Balance customer desirability, technical feasibility, and business viability when making product investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, data science, program management, marketing, and support organizations.
  • Define success metrics and drive adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, software solutions, customer experience, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting customer research, user interviews, surveys, usability studies, and market analysis to inform product strategy and requirements.
  • Proven ability to synthesize customer, competitive, business, and technical inputs into prioritized product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging customer feedback, market data, usage analytics, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Experience working within Agile or SAFe development frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer software ecosystems, connected devices, or print solutions.
  • Experience leading customer experience transformation initiatives.
  • Experience applying product discovery frameworks and prioritization methodologies (e.g., Jobs-to-be-Done, Design Thinking, RICE, Kano, Opportunity Solution Trees, or similar approaches) to identify and prioritize customer and business requirements.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
