Are you passionate about the environment and agriculture? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Soil Sampler. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to work outdoors in various field locations.Requirements for Soil Sampler: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous field, agricultural, environmental, or construction experience preferred but not always required Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying sampling equipment and soil samples Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Basic ability to read maps, follow sampling plans, and record field data accuratelyResponsibilities for Soil Sampler: Travel to field locations to collect soil samples Follow established soil sampling procedures and sampling plans Use hand tools, probes, augers, shovels, and other sampling equipment Properly label, package, and preserve soil samples Record sample locations, depths, conditions, and other field observations
