- Paid Training: $3000 - $7000 over first 2 months
- Solar BDR Earnings: $4,000 - $10,000/mo plus bonuses
- Solar BDR Manager Earnings: $8,000 - $25,000/mo plus bonuses
- Solar Advisor Earnings: $12,000 - $35,000/month plus bonuses
