Job Title: Solder TechnicianSchedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMPay Rate:$17/hourJob Summary: Solderer responsible for performing basic soldering and assembly work on components according to instructions and quality standards. This role involves working with small parts, following work orders, and maintaining a clean workstation.Responsibilities:
- Perform basic soldering on components and assemblies
- Assemble parts according to work instructions
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Prior soldering experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work with small components
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Manufacturing / assembly setting
- Light to moderate physical activity INDCON
